We do accept exchanges (exceptions apply) for products that are in unused condition and original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending the products back. Return shipping and package reshipping charges are customer’s responsibility. Exchanges are not accepted for Made-to-Order products like Bridal Belts and custom orders.
