SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

Shipping depends on the type of order and the Mode of shipping selected while placing your order. 

• GROUND SHIPPING: Orders are shipped within 1 Business Day, after the order is placed. Processing time for the custom orders is usually between 2-5 days. 
• PRIORITY/EXPRESS ORDERS: Priority orders are shipped the same day, if received before 10 am Eastern Time.  Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 12pm Eastern Time. Orders received after 12pm will ship out the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via United States Postal Service (USPS) for the best service and rates. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included in this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver. 

Returns - Due to logistics and to control costs we do not offer free return shipping on any orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, USPS ships to PO/APO/FPO Boxes.

30 Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags, if any, attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
